Shipping Policy

We use couriers to deliver your orders, and where feasible, we may allow our suppliers to deliver directly to you.

Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days, typically arriving the next day depending on stock availability. Please note that panel and column radiators may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £100 (excluding VAT). For orders below this amount, a charge of £8.95 plus VAT will apply, with some exceptions.

For orders containing products longer than 1.2 meters and up to 3 meters, delivery will occur within 1 to 3 business days. If the order exceeds £299.99 (excluding VAT), there will be no delivery charge. If the order is below this amount, a £29.95 plus VAT charge will apply.
